Manager

Do you want to play a leading role in caring for one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, while building a resilient, future facing organisation that works for both people and place?

Nevis Landscape Partnership is seeking a confident, values led Manager to guide the organisation through its next chapter. This is a senior role with real influence, combining strategic leadership with hands on delivery in a landscape visited by hundreds of thousands of people each year.

About the role

Working closely with the Board, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of Nevis Landscape Partnership. You will shape strategy, oversee finances and funding, lead project delivery, and maintain and develop strong relationships with partners, funders and communities.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and responsibility, and who can balance big picture thinking with practical action. No two weeks will look the same.

About you

You will be an experienced manager with strong financial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with a Board. You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, leading people and projects, and making informed decisions that support long term resilience.

Experience of working in or alongside the charity, environmental, community or visitor economy sectors would be beneficial, as would an understanding of how high footfall landscapes can be managed sustainably.

Why join Nevis Landscape Partnership

  • Influential leadership role with scope to shape the organisation’s future
  • Work at the heart of one of Scotland’s most significant landscapes
  • Supportive Board and strong partner network
  • A role that blends strategy, people, place and purpose
