VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager Copywriter to join our Creative Team based in either London, United Kingdom or Stabio, Switzerland.

How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Cultivate our Brand Voice: Shape and craft content across various mediums such as print, web, mobile, video, and social media, ensuring our brand’s authenticity is at the heart of every piece.
Innovative Storytelling: Develop original concepts and create compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, adapting to the voice, style, and characteristics of our brand.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams from concept development to final delivery, ensuring cohesive and engaging messaging across all platforms.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our style guidelines to ensure all content is on-brand.
How you will do it:
Team Collaboration: Partner with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas that capture and spark new conversations.
Presentation & Refinement: Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and occasionally to partners or accounts, ensuring high-quality output.
Detail-Oriented Execution: Write and edit copy for a variety of marketing materials, maintaining a keen eye for detail and appreciation for great design.
Action Sports Insight: Utilize your deep knowledge of action sports, particularly skateboarding, to create content that authentically represents and resonates with our core audience.

Increased Engagement: Noticeable increase in consumer engagement and cultural relevance, measured through both quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
Successful Campaigns: Effective execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and result in measurable growth.
Recognition: Industry recognition for innovative and authentic storytelling that sets new standards for connecting with culture and communities.
Skills for Success:
Experience: At least four years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Action Sports Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and passion for action sports, especially skateboarding, with an understanding of its culture, language, and community.
