Partnering with business units, you will deliver dashboards, harmonized KPIs, and analytics that drive business value, while shaping the roadmap for data architecture and strategy.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategy and business architecture roadmaps.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses, scenario simulations, and data products.
• Ensure documentation and governance of all data products.
• Apply agile, design-thinking, and system-thinking principles to deliver incremental solutions.
• Mentor team members and stay current on emerging trends in analytics and data strategy.

Desired Skill Set:

• 1-2 years of management experience; proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• 5+ years in analytics with measurable business impact.
• Expertise in Power BI, Azure, and enterprise-scale data strategy projects.
• Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Strong communication, influencing, and prioritization skills.
