We are looking for someone who is experienced in relationship management, has outstanding interpersonal skills and is passionate about the Energy sector.As Manager – Commercial & Industrial Energy Conservation Program Delivery, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of supervisors and employees accountable for the delivery of Enbridge’s Energy Conservation programs.   • Provide strategic direction and long-term planning for the energy conservation Program Delivery team.
  • Provides accurate and timely market outlooks and forecasts for the current year’s delivery results.
  • Assist in identifying key opportunities and removing barriers to the delivery of energy conservation programs in assigned segments.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to the program design team to assist in the adjustment of current program offerings and the development of a future energy conservation program to meet our customers and stakeholders needs.
  • Collaborates with the DSM program design team responsible for creation and implementation of new energy conservation programs.
  • Be a champion for the effective use of Customer Relationship Management tools to improve the customer experience.
  • Represent Enbridge publicly at external events such as conferences, symposiums and trade shows, possibly even participate as a guest speaker or panelist.

Who You Are:You have the following education and experience:

  • Related University degree with 8 or more years in the energy industry; including sales, business development or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ of experience in leading people, preferably in sales or engineering.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities including developing teams and change management.
  • Customer and results focused.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires up to 25% of the time spent travelling within Ontario. A Valid G License and responsible driving record is needed.
