We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business.Job DescriptionMANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT) PROGRAMOur MIT – Manager in Training – Program is a 1-2 year fast-track program to advance your career path, preparing you to take on a branch management and/or strategic sales role within our organization. It’s an exciting time at Roofmart as we are opening the opportunity to a select few to join our class of MIT candidates. WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;Proficient across six Program Modules

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety
• Inside Sales: software and computer transaction, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance
• Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement
• Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit
• Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management, strongly preferred
• Geo flexibility in Canada
• Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for learning
