  • Partner with leadership to develop and disseminate marketing and communication materials that advocate for Human Capital (HC) initiatives, encompassing National Human Resources, National Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Regional Human Capital (RHC)
  • Interpret HC business goals and devise marketing and communication strategies that resonate with MNP’s culture and brand identity
  • Work in tandem with the internal communications and Marketing teams, particularly the Creative Services team, to achieve strategic objectives for National Human Capital’s people strategies and programs
  • Design, organize, and implement marketing campaigns for National HC leadership
  • Forge and nurture relationships to bolster recruitment communications and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the talent brand
  • Oversee HC-related internal communications, including publishing on MNP’s intranet, to maintain consistency with the firm’s internal communication strategy and governance framework
  • Coordinate with Creative Services to craft recruitment strategies that span both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Serve as the intermediary to convey strategy, processes, and timelines between Regional Marketing and HC
  • Curate and manage the strategic HC content calendar, which includes conducting interviews with internal stakeholders, crafting new content, and orchestrating social media posts across various platforms
  • Project manage the submission and management of recruitment and people marketing campaign materials through the WorkFront workflow management system
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPI’s relating to marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on media monitoring and public relations support
  • Communicate regularly with a variety of team members to support our connected approach to promoting culture at MNP
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative ideas and approaches to recruitment and talent brand initiatives
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing and talent brand initiatives
  • A degree in communications, marketing, human resources, public relations, or a related field
  • Project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
  • A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment journey, including campus and job-related opportunities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a passion for process and structure
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A collaborative approach, ensuring sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, and professional interactions at all levels
  • An understanding of how to build and maintain effective cross-team relationships to drive impact within a growing organization
  • Experience in a professional services or marketing agency setting is an asset
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is desired
