Join our team and let’s make the future friendly.Join our teamAs Manager, Marketing Partnerships and Programs (MPP), you will lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact marketing collaborations with a wide variety of partners including premier brands, industry associations, and chambers of commerce. Your team is responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that drive mutual value through integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media collaborations, event sponsorships, and in-person brand activations. You’ll oversee program strategy, negotiation, implementation, and measurement while ensuring all initiatives align with both TELUS and partner objectives to deliver measurable business results.As Manager, lead the team in the following ways:

While previous management experience and knowledge of telecommunications or technology industries is an asset, it’s not a requirement. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply.Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position’s main responsibilities, given its national scope.Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
