We’re searching for a Molecular Diagnostic Medical Scientific Liaison Manager for the EMEA region to spearhead scientific excellence and collaboration. In this pivotal role, you will execute our strategic scientific plan, serving as the linchpin between internal teams and external partners. Your mission will be to cultivate relationships, convey scientific insights, support educational initiatives, and drive strategic projects informed by cutting-edge advancements in the field.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), fostering dialogue to disseminate scientific knowledge effectively.
• Collect insights from stakeholders within targeted disease areas to inform strategic decision-making.
• Actively participate in congresses and Hologic-hosted educational events, providing expert support and delivering impactful scientific presentations.
• Collaborate on clinical studies and trials, providing invaluable support to medical affairs and managing research proposals.
• Provide tailored support to in-country scientific leads, ensuring alignment on local scientific strategies and activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Possess a PhD in Molecular Biological Sciences along with over 5 years of experience in the diagnostic industry, with prior work in a molecular diagnostic laboratory.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and implement scientific strategies.
• Strong analytical acumen coupled with the capacity to translate scientific insights into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
