The Data Services team is responsible for onboarding new clients to Renaissance products, as well as supporting their data requests and issues. As a member of this team, you’ll be at the center ensuring clients have accurate flowing to and between the products they purchase. You’ll collaborate with data managers, data analysts, and engineering teams provide world class data services to our clients.

As a Manager, Data Services, you will:

  • Be a Data services leader who is an expert with ETL processes, scripting, validating data, and troubleshooting data issues

  • Work cross functionally between other data services teams and with the product and engineering teams to help develop data solutions

  • Partner with your team to develop services and offerings that scale and are repeatable

  • Act as a point of contact for customer escalations and high stakes issues

  • Lead a team of data analysts and data engineers through their projects and use your expertise to guide, mentor, and retain. This includes Guide the day-to-day activities of a geographically distributed team, including hiring world-class talent, guiding your team’s work and setting goals

  • Focus on career development by understanding company need as well as individual skill sets 

For this role you will need:

  • 5+ years of data engineering experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, IT systems management or related field

  • Experience writing scripts (SQL / Python), using tools such as Postman, SFTP

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, diagnostic skills and technical aptitude

  • Ability to communicate ideas and methods to both technical and non-technical audiences

Salary Range: $82,200 – $100,000

This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
