Job Description:Role Overview:Join Hologic, a leader in clinical diagnostics, as we pioneer innovative solutions in pathology. We’re seeking a Pathology Medical Scientific Liaison Manager for the EMEA region to drive scientific excellence and collaboration. This newly created function presents a unique opportunity for you to take ownership of being the vital link between our scientific advancements and commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in executing our strategic scientific plan and strengthening our business strategy. You’ll act as a liaison between internal teams and external collaborators, building relationships with key stakeholders, communicating scientific information effectively, and supporting educational and clinical activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives based on the latest advancements in the field.Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and segment Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and engage with stakeholders to disseminate scientific communications.
  • Gather insights from stakeholders within focus disease areas to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in congresses and Hologic-hosted educational events, providing support to scientific speakers and delivering scientific presentations.
  • Collaborate in clinical studies and trials, supporting medical affairs and managing research proposals.
  • Provide dedicated support to in-country scientific leads, ensuring alignment on local scientific strategy and activities.
  • Ensure compliance and alignment of scientific studies with the Medical-Scientific-Clinical-Regulatory board (MSCR).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • PhD in Pathology-related subject and 5+ years of diagnostic industry experience.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with an execution focus.
  • Capable of negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to lead and collaborate.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude.
