- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Coordinate project intake and support requests, collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to establish priorities and lead the core HRIS roadmap and establish governance process.
- Collaborate with business SMEs of other functional areas to ensure consistent and effective design, implementation, and adoption of HRIS solutions.
- Coordinate the resolution or escalation of incidents, and compile incident statistics and identify patterns and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Communicate and plan the deployment of the SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and platform system refreshes.
- Maintain relationships with HR team members, providing platform roadmap updates to the Senior HR team.
- Evaluate RFI proposals from vendors and ensure adherence to contract obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality service delivery and optimal pricing.
- Lead and delegate work assignments to the Application Management Service (AMS) onshore and offshore team members.
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and reliability of all HRIS Platforms including risk mitigation plans.
- Mentor and develop team members through continuous performance reviews and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
- Minimum ten years experience in HR Systems implementation, support, sustainment, and optimization.
- Minimum seven years SAP SuccessFactors multi-module experience.
- Minimum seven years in managing a team of HRIS Analysts, Coordinators and Consultants.
- Senior level experience in managing internal and vendor budgets.
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum.
- Must have a customer centric view with a focus on making the business successful in achieving their objectives.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Software as a Service and advising on platform solution design and architecture.
