• Develop and implement strategies to expand grow your sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert given leads into valuable income.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.

Manager Recruiting

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting beneficial
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
• Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
