Your success will be measured by wins and the transformative impact you’ll have on your team and our valued customersThe Sales Manager for Unified Communications and Call Center Solutions (UC/CC) will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by leading a National Overlay team of Sales Specialists to enhance customer relationships and evangelize unified communications. This position requires a strong People leader with the ability to build internal relationships. This individual can build and execute a strategy to grow the portfolio and has a proven track record in sales and a background Complex communication solution both premise and Cloud.Here’s how

• Lead a team of Sales Specialists focused on providing pre-sales support to the sales team to drive profitable revenue consistent with TELUS’ capabilities and corporate strategy
• Leverage your strong business acumen to assess and advance large complex opportunities, including participation in the bid governance process
• Develop strong partnerships with sales and other key stakeholders to drive strategy refinement and solution development, as well as the enhancement of our pricing, provisioning, service and approval processes
• Offer thought leadership on the future of technology in our industry including transformation, innovation, visionary trends and practices
• Act as a strong ambassador for the TELUS organization and uphold the values and behaviors of a leader in the business and throughout the extended community
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Lead with Premier Sales Organization principles
