Analyzes and documents all requirements regarding current and future state, system enhancements, process change improvements, regulatory and compliance requirements and unique business and client experience needs. Contributes to the overall success of the Workforce Time & Attendance global system roll out, supports the business transformation agenda, communicates globally, and establishes relationships with multiple countries.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Supports project execution of the global roll out of Workforce Time & Attendance system and business transformation agenda by gathering, and documenting business requirements, addressing defects and enhancements, executing User Aceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with HR Tecnhical team, support hyper care and sharing knowledge from Subject Matter of Experts (SMEs).
  • Business Requirements Management including:
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process design sessions with multiple and diverse stakeholders to extract business requirements and turn them into use cases, user stories, etc., to meet development and business needs.
  • Identify areas of expertise that may be missing to further refine the requirements.
  • Model and document business and user requirements in user stories, workflows, processes, and business rules.
  • Interacts with system and product owners to validate requirements and their implementation.
  • Bridge the gap between the business requirements and the technical requirements by ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (business needs) and non-functional requirements (reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints).
  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs, by applying their HR and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions. This includes conducting research and analysis, accurately and clearly defining user requirements and processes, participating in the reengineering of the HR business process work flows and liaising with the users.
  • Assisting with testing and testing documentation including preparing a requirements traceability matrix, writing test cases, test execution, test exit report and becoming an integral part of the testing life cycle by solving defects and mapping them back to the requirements/scope.
  • Serving as a representative of the business and advocate for the business stakeholders to ensure they have a clear understanding of the Business Requirements Document before signing off to limit the impact of multiple change requests after system implementation.
  • Collaborates with Global HR Technology to monitor, assess, test, and troubleshoot any errors and recommends enhacenments and process improvements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluates and analyzes existing HR policies, procedures and current processes to identify system enhancements/ improvement opportunities and implement solutions to address them.
  • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science and pride your self on critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Professional qualifications: IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Previous (2-5 years) experience as a business system analyst, product owner, project management, business transformation, and continuos process improvement
  • Detail Oriented. You notice all the little details for every document/requirement/conversation that comes across to you.
  • Knowledge of WorkForce Time & Attendance, Success Factors, and SAP is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient knowledge of Power Point, and Word
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish is considered an asset
