Compassion UK
As Campaigns Manager, you’ll work within the fast-paced, vibrant, and collaborative Communications department. This role will provide oversight and delivery of key marketing campaigns, as well as more general marketing support to all departments in CUK. Strategic ideation and set-up, implementation, management, and campaign measurement/analysis are critical pillars of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively maintain and promote Compassion UK’s Christian ethos and values
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to meet agreed organisational outcomes
- Create, deliver and project-manage effective campaigns
- Provide marketing support to wider organisation
- Lead and develop team to meet CUK’s outcomes
The successful candidate will have:
- Campaign Expertise: Deep expertise in crafting and executing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Visionary Leadership: Ability to forecast long-term success while ensuring compliance and staying ahead of trends.
- Cross-Platform Savvy: Skill in optimising campaigns across various channels with a tech-savvy touch.
- Project Maestro: Exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver on budget.
- Creative and Flexible: Enjoy adapting to change and diving into new social media trends with enthusiasm.
- There’s an occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be a practising Christian, in order to promote Compassion’s ethos and help others to experience, explore and express the faith-based motivation of our work. Location, hours and benefits
Office-based
*Hybrid working is offered as a benefit. You may work up to 40% of your hours from home and the office is closed on Fridays. However, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.
