You lead corporate storytelling, brand management, digital content creation, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that messaging aligns with Securiguard’s core values and business objectives.What You Would doIn this role, you also support business development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and industry recognition efforts, helping to position Securiguard as a leader in the security industry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance creative storytelling, strategic messaging, and data-driven insights to strengthen the company’s industry leadership.
- Lead Securiguard’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, including newsletters, email campaigns, corporate nominations, and corporate messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all company materials, including reports, policies, presentations, and training documents.
- Design and distribute marketing collateral, including flyers, recruitment materials, and event promotions.
- Support business development efforts by ensuring branding alignment in client presentations, RFPs, and corporate reports.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
- Manage website content updates and ensure accessibility of branding assets.
- Support employee recognition programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics for social media, communications, and marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist with marketing-related expense tracking to ensure budget alignment.
- Provide additional support in marketing, communications, and branding initiatives as needed.
- What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Mailchimp for scheduling and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with website management tools such as WordPress.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanour.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
