Toronto | 2 + YearsMarketing Manager/Marketing CoordinatorOur client is a boutique (fifty person) law firm specializing in Canadian and US immigration. Lawyers are licensed to practice law in both countries. They have a great culture and unparalleled drive for excellent client service.They currently have a position available for a Marketing Manager/Marketing Coordinator to create and run the marketing program, and work closely with the business development team. They are looking for a dynamic person who is a self-starter, creative, strong multi-tasker, organized and demonstrates exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. This is a position is an in-the-office work role.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a multi-faceted marketing program working closely with the Managing Partner and the Director of Business Development. This will include:

• Overseeing a third-party website designer.
• Overseeing website content and updates thereafter.
• Developing and maintaining a monthly newsletter.
• Developing a client email “alert” program for corporate clients.
• Assisting with editing and placing industry articles.
• Assisting with establishing and coordinating the firm’s lunch and learn programs.
• Coordinating speaking engagements.
• Developing and overseeing the firm’s digital marketing efforts and social media presence.

Skills and Requirements:

• Research, writing, and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
• Proficient in Canva and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Excellent people skills.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience developing and running an integrated marketing platform for a professional services firm.
• Experience in law firm marketing preferred, but not mandatory.
