Our client, an established leader in commercial building solutions, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their Vaughan location. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic marketing team in driving brand visibility, coordinating events, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.About the Role:As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing digital and event-based marketing initiatives. From managing social media platforms and crafting compelling content to coordinating trade shows and supporting internal teams, this position is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:– Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
– Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
– Monitor performance analytics and adapt campaigns based on insights
– Organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
– Plan and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
– Assist in updating website content and managing digital assets
– Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations
– Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
– Provide general support to the marketing team and assist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications & Skills:– Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, or a related field
– Previous exposure to trade shows, vendor interactions, and dealing with budgets is a strong assest
– Hands-on experience in social media management, event coordination, and email marketing
– Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics
– Strong familiarity with website platforms (e.g., Wix), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
– Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
