Marketing CoordinatorOur client, a Medical Education company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for 4 months with the possibility to extend.Our client specializes in creating educational content tailored for doctors. With an upcoming major event for one of their largest clients, we are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join their team remotely. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring successful event outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Role Overview:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing deliverables and communications to effectively promote our client’s event to a target audience of doctors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and meet high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the marketing of webinar and event logistics, including vendor partnerships and speaker invites.Manage distribution of promotional materials and infographics.Oversee the development of creative promotional materials to drive attendee engagement.Oversee email campaigns to effectively reach our audience and drive event registration.Requirements:A Marketing Degree or Diploma is preferred.Proven experience in marketing coordination or marketing project management.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines.High level of experience working with creative teams to produce marketing materials.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while collaborating effectively with a virtual team.Familiarity with marketing and promotional materials for events is an asset.Healthcare, Medical or Pharmaceutical experience is nice to have.Location: Remote (Shared space near Union Station (Downtown Toronto) for Collaboration Meetings on occasion)Duration: Minimum 4 months, potential for extension or full-timeHourly Rate: $30-35/hourPlease submit your resume today!
