At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.Join us and make a difference!What you will be doing:As a Marketing Coordinator Co-op, you will assist in executing various marketing projects, support the development of brand strategies, and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination, planning, design, and implementation of special project assignments, including national events, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and drive impactful results. This cross-functional role works closely with ROCKWOOL sales, product, and technical teams.Other duties will include assisting the Channel and Product Marketing Managers as required. Travel within the US and Canada may be required.Main job tasks:Help execute campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and enhancing brand reputation in the U.S. and Canada.Support with the coordination, planning, and execution of events, including national events, ensuring all logistics are aligned with event goals and the overall brand strategy.Assist in liaising with external agencies, including creative and event marketing agencies, to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.Work closely with internal teams including channel and digital marketing, technical, product management, and communications to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support product launches.Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with reporting on the performance of various marketing initiatives.Assisting with invoice tracking and payment where appropriate.At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.What you bring:Pursuing a post-secondary university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Course work includes creating and presenting business cases for strategic marketing campaigns, promotion and communications strategies, and market analysis.Basic knowledge of influencer strategies and programs.Exceptional communication, project management, presentation, interpersonal and excellent attention to detailStrong time management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and related computer skills; Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, or CRM tools) is an asset.What we offer:Competitive PayPaid Holidays during assignmentCampus Connection ProgramVacation accrualWho we are:Founded in 1937 in Denmark, ROCKWOOL transforms volcanic rock into sustainable, innovative products that improve lives and communities.
