• Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who will work closley with Sr. management teams for developing/submitting proposals (RFPs/RFQs), leading market strategies and updating marketing content/portfolio.
• The marketing coordinator will also be responsible for creating quality presentations, designs, and graphics to support ongoing projects

• Responding to request for proposals and requests for pre-qualifications (RFPs) to project owners and consultants.
• You will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing collaterals and engaging content.
• Build and execute multiple marketing campaigns on social media.
• Make sure there is a consistency of brand message across all social media platforms, company website as well as collaterals.
• Regularly provide updates and reports on various marketing activities.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (Preferably across Construction/ Architecture).
• Experience with proposals (RFPs/ RFQs).
• You are a highly driven marketing professional.
• You can deliver in a high-paced work environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are a team-player

• Our client is a general contractor based in Ottawa. They have been in the business for 30+ years.
• They have projects across Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sectors.

• A lucrative Salary: Base + Bonus

• This will be a 5-days work from office role.

Expected salary

$80000 – 85000 per year
