Marketing Growth Director – Franchise ExpansionPosition Objective: We are looking for a Marketing Director with extensive experience in franchise expansion, particularly within the services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large franchise networks, with full-time experience within a service franchise structure.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing strategy focused on the expansion of the service franchise network, emphasizing the opening of new units and strengthening the brand globally.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at organic growth, driving brand presence in international markets.
• Conduct rebranding initiatives, creating a strong and cohesive global identity, maintaining consistent franchise standards across multiple countries while adapting the brand to specific regional needs.
• Build and strengthen the brand’s image among end consumers, promoting positive and lasting engagement.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in marketing management with a focus on service expansion, preferably within large franchise networks.
• Strong background in global marketing, with the ability to operate in international markets.
• Proven experience within the service franchise universe, with a strong understanding of unit expansion dynamics and sales.
• Skills to lead marketing campaigns focused on tangible results and market growth.
