POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Marketing APAC, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital & traditional, channels, while working with internal and external stakeholders. This role aims to drive student recruitment domestically and internationally, enhance the LCI Network’s brand presence, and engage key stakeholders to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of marketing channels a strong understanding of project management and a passion for driving growth and building relationships in the higher education space. This role will require creativity, resourcefulness, agility and a passion for working with people.RESPONSIBILITIESPeople, Projects & Events

  • Develop project plans, set timelines and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution while staying within scope and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, academics, and student services, to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Review team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including open houses, information sessions, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Oversee event logistics, working with event planner to create impressive activations from venue selection and setup to promotional materials and post-event analysis.

Content & Partnerships & Promotion

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with industry organizations, community groups and deploy co-branded marketing initiatives and events. Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive public relations outcomes that expand the college’s reach and influence
  • Oversee the content coordinator’s development of a monthly calendar and collaborate with coordinator and director of marketing on the maintenance of a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance engagement and brand awareness
  • Work with marketing coordinator and internal stakeholders to maintain new content on website as well as upkeep key information about products, promotions and regulatory information
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and performance analysis of digital advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media ads, display advertising, and email marketing
  • Collaborate with director of marketing, graphic design department and stakeholders form other departments to develop traditional advertising outputs such as print, radio, and outdoor media, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Collaborate with director of marketing and digital marketing team to align digital marketing plan with the college’s current product and promotion to drive leads and brand awareness
  • Develop copy and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling advertising content across channels

Admin & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain marketing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary to stay within financial targets.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform future budget planning.
  • Oversee processes and implementation of marketing related purchasing from assets & collateral to payment of partnership invoices
  • Manage administrative tasks related to marketing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with institutional policies.

PROFILE OF THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREDEducation & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Previous with higher education industry would be an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with database management, CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for driving growth in a goal-based environment
  • Ability to collaborate and create synergy in a team environment
