• Lead Product Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful execution
• Collaborate for Effective Messaging: Work closely with product management and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Provide Voice of Customer Insights: Gather and provide insights from customer feedback to inform product strategy and ensure alignment with market demands
• Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, leveraging market research to optimize effectiveness and ROI
• Enhance Brand Visibility and Reputation: Oversee branding initiatives and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels

Education:

• Relevant post secondary required

Qualifications:

• Clean criminal background check
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms

Experience:

• 5+ years in SaaS marketing is required
• Previous experience leading a team is required

• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Innovative problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong business writing proficiency
• Self-motivated and independent with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment while maintaining professionalism
• Proficient in marketing automation and project management tools
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Analytical mindset, adept at balancing data-driven insights with emotional intelligence in marketing strategies

Base Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year

• Salary based on experience
• Health benefit package provided

• Free parking

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per work
• Monday-Friday
• 8AM-4PM

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
