The Marketing Manager acts as a strategic curator of the Polytechnic brand and all externally focused marketing initiatives. This position effectively translates the institution’s strategic plans into executable marketing strategies and tactics to deliver business results that ensure sustainability in a competitive educational marketplace. The Manager leads and coaches the Marketing team to deliver quality marketing strategies and tactics that will strengthen Red Deer Polytechnic’s overall brand and increase our market share. The strategic leadership of this role relating to enrolment management and brand awareness, combined with collaborative leadership with senior administration and marketing leadership with all Schools and divisions, is fundamental to the success of Red Deer Polytechnic’s sustainable future.
