Job Description
We are looking for two Marketing Managers to join the Brand & Marketing team here at Victoria University (VU). These are a full-time (36.75 hours per week), continuing positions at a HEP8 classification, $102,256 – $102,256 plus 17% superannuation.

About the roles
The Marketing Manager positions are pivotal to the overarching success of Victoria University from a brand awareness, reputation and student recruitment perspective.
The roles are there to lead the development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of marketing projects and student recruitment campaigns across the whole of Victoria University.
The focus of the remit of each role will depend on the successful candidates and team dynamics with each Marketing Manager having one direct report.
About the person
We are looking for people who have demonstrated experience and capability leading integrated marketing campaigns showing significant ROI.
We are wanting people with ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo and apply innovative solutions.
We are open to people who have a non-education and/or an agency background.

- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoy leading a diverse range of marketing initiatives
- Have a positive, can-do mindset
