DescriptionJoin our team!We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to join the Consumer Prospecting and Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) team! Our team has partnerships with over 3,500 organizations (“accounts”) across Canada to give their employees/ members access to special deals on mobility and home services. We also manage strategic programs for TELUS including Affiliates Marketing, Refer-a-Friend (RAF), and Community / Sponsorship Marketing.The Consumer Affiliates and Accounts Strategy team is focused on developing end to end sales / marketing strategies with a hyper focus on relationship building and expansion at the partner organization level. The team’s primary goal is to drive lead generation and account penetration across our exciting B2B2C ethos.Here’s what we will accomplish togetherIn this dynamic Marketing Manager role, you will be identifying innovative ways to attract and convert new TELUS customers, through thoughtfully crafted customer journeys. You will drive campaign excellence, optimizing customer engagement and conversion. You will go deep into analytics and contribute meaningfully to our long term growth strategy of the team.What you’ll do as Market Manager, Affiliates and Accounts Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Managers of this portfolio for the end to end development of customer engagement and prospecting journeys
  • Create thoughtful campaigns for various customer segments, driving engagement and conversion
  • Support the Consumer Affiliates Marketing strategy for TELUS & Koodo opportunities and EPP campaign strategy. Track campaign performance including open rates, CTOR, unsubscribe rate, etc, to help optimize campaign strategies
  • Help to build out and support a sub-market strategy for EPP, in priority regions like Quebec and Lower Mainland
  • Support campaign and go-to-market activities to execute 1:1 marketing campaigns through internal channels and external partners

Skill and experiences

  • Develop persona based customer journeys and marketing strategies
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering

Please note – You can be located anywhere in Canada, but you’ll need to work Eastern Time zone hours.Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
