Our client, a well-established leader in the frozen foods industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager, Retail to build on its tradition of excellence and drive growth both domestically and internationally. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and executing marketing strategies, packaging development, sponsorships, and shopper marketing programs that connect both consumers and retail partners.As the successful candidate you will lead the strategy development and execution of corporate and brand sponsorships, ensuring they align with business objectives while monitoring and reporting on their performance. Working closely with the Director, Product Development you will oversee the development and execution of product marketing initiatives, including creating creative briefs, producing digital assets, and supporting photography and video production. You will also assist in planogram planning, developing customer marketing tools such as sell sheets, presentations, and promotional flyers as well as preparing internal and customer presentations. Packaging design will also fall under your purview, collaborating with the Innovation Manager on packaging design development for innovation and renovation projects.The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Business Administration – a major in Marketing preferred – and brings over five years of experience in brand management, product development, or related marketing leadership roles, coupled with strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities. You are skilled at problem-solving and negotiating with an excellent attention to detail and advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
