As the Marketing Ops Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maximizing campaign performance.In this fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Your expertise in marketing automation tools and data analysis will be instrumental in driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and delivering valuable insights to the business.The Marketing Ops Manager will be trusted to manage the day-to-day marketing operations including:Marketing platforms – Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense and Google AnalyticsMarketing Data – The entire marketing database, targeting practices and processesMain Responsibilities:You’ll work cross-functionally with executives, growth marketing, customer marketing, product and sales to improve marketing campaign performance and ensure alignment.You’ll be responsible for all demand generation campaign operations and new technology implementations, and build advanced automation via platforms such as Hubspot, 6Sense and Outreach to achieve maximum operational efficiency.With a solid understanding of GDPR, you’ll be comfortable with data, including sourcing and importing, and can provide informed guidance on segmentation strategies based on buyer intent signals.You’ll obsess over conversion rate optimisation to help maximise inbound lead generation and take operational charge over lead routing processes.You’ll proactively resolve practical queries, and strategically advise on our MarTech stack, as well as staying up to date on core marketing, sales and operational KPIs.Provide a comprehensive report on the database’s health and growth, and share insights from database experiments with the marketing and sales teams.You’ll continuously track, test, and analyze data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programs – and share recommendations with the wider marketing team.Minimum requirements:1-2 years experience in a Marketing Ops environment with a proven track record working with either demand generation SaaS, product-led growth or self-serve business models.Experience with Hubspot, SFDC, 6sense, Outreach, and Google Analytics.Expertise in data analytics, including database segmentation, target list generation, and reporting analysis.Knowledge of marketing initiatives, including API webhook implementation, lead generation forms, data enrichment practices, and lead lifecycle management.Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, presentation skills, and organizational communication abilities.Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup or hyper-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy.Desired Experience:Paid social targeting would be a plus.Website Conversion Rate Optimisation expertise would be beneficial but not essential.Why join us?Work on a multi-award-winning product in a position where you are being valued and feel you can make your markRemote FriendlyTrust-based annual leaveFlexible working environmentReceive stock options.
