What will be your daily pursuit?The Project Manager, Marketing is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns for the Pursuit Collections. This role oversees the delivery of campaign and promotional projects from vision to completion, managing multiple components such as stakeholders, agencies, deadlines, and budgets, while also maintaining the utmost attention to detail.Reporting to the Sr. Account and Project Manager, the Marketing Project Manager will work in close collaboration with all members of the Pursuit Marketing team and external subject matter experts to ensure they are set up for success to deliver all campaign elements on schedulWhat perks can you expect?/ FT Year-round benefitted role/ Hybrid work schedule available, Calgary or Canmore Based/ Must be eligible to work in Canada/ Excellent growth potentialWhat will you do in this job?

  • Manage marketing campaigns and ‘Always-On’ seasonal programs from planning and briefing stages through to execution, providing feedback, trafficking and reporting.
  • Build out projects in project management tool (Asana) using established templates and creating new templates and processes as needed.
  • Complete all Asana briefs including copy, graphic design, web, digital advertising, email, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic feedback on marketing program briefs.
  • Communication and management of creative agency to ensure the advertising creative is being developed in alignment to briefings, being delivered on time, and are being trafficked correctly to the media agency.
  • Lead internal and vendor creative strategy discussions (ie. set up meeting, take notes, follow-up on action items).
  • Execute on optimization feedback by tasking program updates to internal team or agency partner.
  • Participate in initial discussions of urgent offers, determine a feasible timeline for production and live date.
  • Liaise with all team members to keep campaign projects on track.
  • Maintenance of annual advertising calendar and related workback schedule.
  • Identify potential resourcing constraints with team and recommend solutions.
  • Provide status updates on all campaign and ‘Always-On’ projects.
  • Ensure quality assurance and alignment of creative with design and strategy, including website landing pages. Works with Sr. Manager, Creative to perform audits of marketing creative.
  • Champion marketing program processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • A minimum of 4+ years in marketing project management, account management or advertising campaign management.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience using essential MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams required.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana is preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders including internal and external (agency) team is strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute work details on time and on budget
