Marketing Project ManagerArtemis Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a manufacturing company located downtown. This person will be responsible for managing marketing projects, launching digital and physical products, producing various reports and presentations, and more! They will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with them on a daily basis.Salary: 85KBenefits: Permanent position, hybrid after the training period (2 days in office), on-site parking, group insurance, flexible hours.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Marketing to understand and communicate new product features and benefits.
• Support the Head of Marketing in managing KPIs and monthly reports for the customer service team, including third-party coordination.
• Assist in managing brand-related projects and supporting go-to-market plans for digital and in-store launches.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and creative briefs as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to fulfill project requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of product information for internal use and distribution.
• Track internal and external project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Assign projects to the appropriate teams and ensure effective processes for project management.
• Contribute to the social media calendar and brief creative teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA = strong asset).
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience working in consumer goods industry with exposure to big box retailers.
• Understanding of branding, brand launches and activations (5 years).
• Understands the digital space and has assisted and been exposed to digital marketing.
• Strong user in Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint).
