Position Overview:Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg’s premier firm in Permanent Recruitment, is proud to partner with our client to recruit a Marketing Specialist. This role is vital to the organization, driving brand development and crafting strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth. This position is available for rural locations across Manitoba.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC).
• Create engaging content for various channels including website, social media, and email newsletters.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate events and other promotional activities to increase brand engagement.
• Support internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
