Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Director of RetailThis position reports to: directly to the National Sales Director for ELIP – RetailWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist for the retail segment, responsible for implementing actions aligned with the established strategy. The ideal candidate will manage graphic creation, oversee marketing plans and promotional activities, and ensure the management of the division’s and partners’ websites.Your Role: Take on the Challenge

• Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with management.
• Analyze the market to identify growth opportunities and monitor trends.
• Create and maintain graphic materials and coordinate content creation for events.
• Provide product training to salespeople and understand customer needs.
• Manage orders, track expenses, and maintain websites.

What You’ll Need:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management, business strategy, market intelligence, digital marketing, communication, graphic design, and retail.
• Knowledge of software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Agamik Bar Coder, Microsoft 365 Suite, PDF XChange Editor.
• Motivated, autonomous, eager to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team with a strong customer focus.
• Open to working in a hybrid office setting and willing to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to regularly communicate with clients outside Quebec.
