CK Group are recruiting for a Mass Spec Senior Scientist to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Slough on a contract basis initially for 12 months.Salary:Hourly: £28.00 PAYE or £38.00 UmbrellaMass Spec Senior Scientist Role:

• Seeking an experienced scientist specialising in HDX-MS to join a Mass Spectrometry team within the Protein Structure and Biophysics.
• Provide project support from initial adoption into the portfolio through to candidate selection of NBE and NCE therapeutics generated from discovery platforms.

Your Background:

• PhD or BSc with previous relevant laboratory-based experience in the design, execution and analysis of HDX-MS experiments for antibody/protein/ligand interactions.
• Experienced with Waters data processing software packages (PLGS) and DynamX™.
• Practical knowledge Waters HDX-MS system.
• Use of structural visualisation tools (PyMOL, Chimera or similar).
• Experienced with HDX-MS experiments using NBE and NCE molecules.
• Excellent organisational, communication, record keeping and team-working abilities.
