As a Master Principal Solution engineer you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Solution engineer. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

What you will do:

  • Master the Oracle CX solution.

  • Master and share the –why Oracle story” that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings and competitive differentiation including our recent acquisition with Cerner.

  • Build relationships with key partners as you uncover their business goals and challenges.

  • Design and demonstrate technical solution flows that demonstrate the “Art of the Possible” and the power of Oracle CX to address those goals and challenges.

  • Collaborate on complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Shared Services, and the CX Transformation to name a few).

  • Travel as required, as this role may be a virtual position.

About your background and qualifications:

  • You have a strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in CX related technologies a plus

  • You thrive crafting and delivering presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings.

  • You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership.

  • You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Your work experience has a proven record of success in a pre-sales, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.

US: Hiring Range: from $49.66 to $95.91 per hour; from $103,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
