Position Summary

Within the Product Development Department of NPTC Nutrition, and more specifically in the Infant & Toddler Nutrition Team , we are looking for an open-minded and entrepreneurial Intern working with us to support development projects that aim at developing nutrition solutions, dairy and plant-based products for Infants and Toddlers.

A Day in the Life of an Intern in Product Development
Give support to development projects under the supervision of Product Development Specialists:

Perform literature and patent search related to the product category

In collaboration with Nestlé colleagues, define the areas to explore and the experimental trial plan

Plan, prepare and run kitchen/benchtop/prototyping trials and/or pilot plant trials

Organize raw materials, product analytics, release of samples, sensory and keeping quality tests

Participate and organize internal team discussions and regular updates

Document, report and present project results internally to relevant Nestlé colleagues
What will make you successful

Bachelor or Master’s student in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Engineering/Chemistry requiring first working experience

Strong interest in hands-on experience in product development

Proactive and result focus combined with an innovative mindset

Good communication skills and working well in teams

Fluent in English (oral and written), at ease at networking in international environment
