Our client, a leader in Beauty and Personal Care Retail Distribution, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Range:

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday night shift – 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Must be available to work overtime during peak season)

What’s the Job?

  1. Staging products within the warehouse.

  2. Picking and packing orders accurately using established practices.

  3. Utilizing headsets, RF scanners, or other tools as required by the client.

  4. Safely moving products to and from pallet racks using powered material handling equipment.

  5. Organizing warehouse storage space efficiently.

What’s Needed?

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

  3. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  5. Flexibility to work overtime during peak season.
