In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the seamless availability of materials, enabling uninterrupted production while optimizing efficiency and slashing inventory costs. Thank you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules.
  • Manage material requirements planning (MRP).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate KPIs and reports related to inventory and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with stamping and/or assembly operations.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, JIT, and Kanban principles.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Plex, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in material planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within the automotive industry is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional exposure to production areas.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Light to moderate physical demands.
