This includes working with contractors/vendors to secure quotes, order parts, and kit parts using SAP software. Ensure spare parts inventory is accurate and assist in the care of spare parts storerooms.Key Responsibilities:Follow and enforce all site Safety & Security procedures while documenting and reporting as required.Ensure all staff receives the initial & ongoing required training and follow SOP guidelines.Responsible for supervision of all aspects of MRO & storeroom management operations encompassing supply chain, purchasing, receiving & inventory control.Supervise daily activities of Synovos direct reports, providing feedback, performance management, conflict resolution, and support.Establish specific operational targets and goals to find additional cost savings wherever possible and document achievements.Effectively manage cross-functional relationships & unique Reliability processes to meet equipment uptime expectations.Support in the Synovos and vendor contracts as necessary to ensure quality and deliveryExecute and manage all aspects of purchasing & distribution in a cost effective manner while maintaining data integrity within the SAP systemWork with Management & the Reliability Engineers to define and implement strategic plans and concepts to effectively prioritize daily tasks & proceduresOrganize stores & monitor storeroom inventory levels ensuring stock meets the Reliability, Maintenance, & Production needs. Ensures labeling and storage of all inventory items.Work with Reliability Engineers to ensure spare parts inventory is accurate and changes are properly documented. Review & source spare parts for obsolete inventory.Prepare, perform, and oversee all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Initiate corrective improvements as needed.Knowledge of Carousel Inventory System.Key Requirements:Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a Applied Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Project Management or Engineering program or related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of management & Operations Planning/scheduling experience.Highly proficient in SAP PM and MM modules operating in a GMP environment and project planning using Microsoft Office Project.Strong understanding and experience in Planning and Scheduling best practices.Full understanding of compliance requirement in maintenance activities in the highly regulated industry.Demonstrated excellent leadership skills. Ability to actively, and cooperatively work with cross functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Pursue ProgressDiscover ExtraordinaryBetter is out there.
