*** ‘Outstanding’ secondary academy.Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in maths, or a related subject.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts.
- A clear, confident communication style.
- Natural ability to build strong bonds with students.
- Dedication to the education of young people.
- Drive to improve grades and progression levels.
- Previous experience of working with students is beneficial but not mandatory.
The Role
As a Maths Academic Coach, you will support teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging GCSE Maths lessons, in addition to assessing classwork, and providing clear feedback. You will provide students with 1-2-1 and small group support that is adapted to suit their individual needs and will partake in activities with the wider school community to create a positive learning environment.The School
