***Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in their GCSE maths lessons to improve attainment levels.

- At least a bachelor’s degree in maths, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts.
- Clear, confident communication style.
- Personable character with the ability to establish rapport with students aged 11-16.
- Previous experience of working with students, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
The Role
As a Maths Academic Coach, you will provide outstanding support and guidance to under-achieving GCSE maths students as they progress towards their examinations. You will work in close collaboration with teaching staff and will assist in the planning and delivering of innovative and engaging GCSE maths lessons. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking student progress and using this knowledge to adapt learning materials to accommodate individual learning needs. It is essential that you build strong bonds with both students and staff to ensure an effective and productive learning environment.The School
