We are seeking a passionate and dedicated maths teacher to join a brilliant school in Brent starting in September. As a maths teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them develop a strong foundation in mathematics. • Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ achievements and behaviour
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing them with updates on their child’s academic progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary or secondary level
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing students’ academic and personal growth
