Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 to KS5, ensuring students gain a deep understanding of mathematical principles and their real-world applications.
• Design and adapt lesson plans to cater to a range of learning styles, creating an interactive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through both theoretical lessons and practical applications.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to help students achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s extracurricular mathematics activities, including math clubs, competitions, and projects.
