- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and stimulating Maths lessons for students across all Key Stages.
- Foster a love of problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematical exploration in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Equip students with a strong foundation in Maths knowledge, preparing them for success in exams and beyond.
- Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and engaging Maths curriculum.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Maths department to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.
