• Foster a love of problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematical exploration in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Equip students with a strong foundation in Maths knowledge, preparing them for success in exams and beyond.
• Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and engaging Maths curriculum.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Maths department to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in Maths education.
