My primary area of research is the application of generative AI within the service industry. I am particularly focused on several key areas: * Women Leadership and Talent Development: Exploring how generative AI can be leveraged to identify, nurture, and develop talent within organizations. This includes studying the impacts of AI on workforce dynamics and training processes.

• Digital Literacy Development Among Women Entrepreneurs: Investigating ways to enhance digital literacy and technological proficiency among women entrepreneurs. This research aims to empower women by providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilize AI tools in their businesses.
• Future Talent Development: Examining the future landscape of talent development in the age of AI. This involves predicting trends, identifying future skills requirements, and developing strategies to prepare the workforce for upcoming changes driven by AI technologies.
