Qualifications required for post: NVQ Level 3, time served mechanical apprenticeship or significant experience.

Experience required for post: Significant operational experience in a mechanical maintenance services environment. Good understanding of Mechanical / Plumbing / Building Services systems and skilled in the operating of modern Building Management Systems.

Overall purpose of post: Day to day management of the Mechanical Team in ensuring both reactive and PPM works meet all Statutory Compliance requirements, including the management of team performance in meeting all Service Levels.
