About Our Client:

We are seeking motivated Call Center Representatives with healthcare office and call center experience to join a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare office in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish (preferred), capable of handling high call volumes, and dedicated to providing excellent patient service.

Job Description:

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing a large volume of incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and efficiently directing patients to the correct contacts. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing calls: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contact.
  • Scheduling appointments: Accurately book patient appointments.
  • Working referrals: Process referrals and maintain clear communication between departments.
  • Warm call transfers: Conduct quick intakes with patients to ensure they are directed to the appropriate contact, following a “warm” transfer policy.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • 1+ year of call center experience.
  • 1+ year of healthcare office experience.
  • Experience with Centricity (or similar healthcare systems) is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
  • Type of Assignment: Contract with potential for permanent conversion.
  • Work arrangement: Fully onsite at the Plano location.
  • System: Centricity experience preferred but not required.
