Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic is a full-service non-surgical & medical cosmetic center committed to unsurpassed dermatology-related patient care, leading-edge cosmetic treatments, and discreet, professional care delivered in a premier spa-like environment on Lakeshore at Lanfranco.The RoleLakeshore is seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to support the team and provide top quality patient care for which this clinic is known. They are open to candidates interested in part-time or full-time and no weekend work is required.The MOA is the key to first impressions at Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic. Typical duties include greeting patients, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, handling initial inquiries about clinic products and treatments, electronic filing, taking payments, assisting with accounting functions (billing/deposits), and scheduling with multiple providers.Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate is a team player with amazing interpersonal skills and superstar abilities to thrive in a busy clinic. The candidate understands our top priorities are stellar customer service and positive patient outcomes. Outstanding communication skills (via phone, written, and in person) are a must as are critical thinking skills and confidence with software of a clinic.Qualifications

• Medical Office Assistant certification or 2+ years’ experience in an appointment-focused environment
• Experience working within a clinic where booking and payment software systems are used
• Top notch customer service skills
• Computer savvy
• Familiarity with an Electronic Medical Records system
• Experience with QuickBooks, Accuro and/or MSP billings are an asset!
