– 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (fixed hours);

– Salary range from $24/hr to $27/hr (depending on experience);Responsibilities
– Answer telephone and e-mail;
– Customer service (welcoming visitors);
– Making appointments for doctors;
– General admin support for doctors and clinic;
– Mail and parcel management (as needed);
– Archiving and filing;
– Perform all other related tasks;Qualifications
– 3 to 5 years’ experience as a medical secretary in a medical clinic;
– Medical secretary diploma (an asset);
– Organized, responsible, efficient, multitasking and meticulous;
– Proactive;
– High call and customer volume management;
– Self-motivated
– Empathy;
– Bilingual in English and French;
– Proficiency in Office Suite;Summary
